- What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Your GlamBox order can be cancelled for a refund up until 1 week before your first GlamBox has been sent for delivery. Please email email@example.com to find out if you are eligible to cancel your order.
Subscriptions - The value of this refund will be equal to the value of undelivered shipments according to the price you paid at the time of checkout.
- What is your returns policy?
GlamBoxes are strictly non-refundable and are ineligible for returns.
The Box - If you receive a GlamBox containing products that are damaged, please contact our customer service department. We will do our best to send you a replacement of this product with your next box.
