- How do I subscribe to GlamBox?
Just follow these simple steps:
- Click here, select your preferred subscription package, then click “SUBSCRIBE”
- Click “CHECK OUT”
- Register or Log in, select your payment method
- Complete your payment and you will be routed to a confirmation page
- You will receive your first GlamBox by the end of the month you have signed up for
- If I subscribe to GlamBox, what will I receive?
You will receive a beautifully packaged GlamBox each month, filled with a selection of 4+ samples from well-known and up-and-coming beauty brands.
Each GlamBox will be a different mix of beauty products which can include makeup, skincare, fragrances, body and hair products. All samples are generously sized, with sufficient quantity to allow you to figure out what works best for you.
You'll also receive a GlamCard in your GlamBox which provides information and benefits of each of the products you receive!
- How will you choose what goes in my GlamBox?
Your GlamBox may vary depending on inventory and brand partnerships, and will always to be high-quality beauty sample products.
- How much does a subscription cost?
This is dependent on the subscription package you choose
Beauty Wanderer, 3-month Subscription: You pay 300AED, which works out to 100AED per month.
Pampering Queen, 6-month Subscription: You pay 570AED, which works out to 95AED per month - you save 30AED!
Beauty Addict, 12-month Subscription: You pay 1080AED, which works out to just 90AED per month- you save 120AED!
- Is there a delivery charge?
If at the time of subscribing you pay by card, there is no delivery charge. If you choose to pay by Cash On Delivery, there will be a one-time delivery charge of 25AED at the time your first GlamBox is delivered to you.
- Are there any hidden fees?
Nope – all you pay for is your subscription. Your subscription covers all shipping and handling fees associated with getting your monthly GlamBox couriered to you, as well as access to all of the wonderful content from our beauty editors and eligibility to participate in all our competitions.
*Note. If you chose to pay by Cash on Delivery, there will be a one-time delivery charge of 25AED at the time your first GlamBox is delivered to you.
- When will my card be charged?
As soon as you subscribe, payment for the full amount will be charged to your card for your chosen monthly subscription/gift subscription.
- When will I receive my GlamBox?
GlamBoxes are delivered from the 25th of the month to the end of the month.
- I have not received my GlamBox!
Please note that your GlamBox will arrive between the 25th - end of the month.
If you haven't received your box within this time please email email@example.com or call +971 (0)4 455 8699.
For customers who chose the Cash On Delivery option, our delivery company will try to contact you between the time of delivery to the 4th of the next month via phone, SMS and email. If the delivery company does not hear from you, your subscription will automatically be canceled.
- Do I have to order my GlamBox every month?
No, you will receive a GlamBox every month for the duration of the subscription you purchased.
- Do I need to re-subscribe to receive my GlamBox after my subscription ends?
Once your subscription has ended, your subscription will automatically be renewed with the card on file.
If you prefer to not have your subscription renewed, you can un-tick the 'Auto-renewal' box at checkout when subscribing, or you can call GlamBox at +971 (0)4 455 8699 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our representatives will be able to take your subscription off of auto-renew.
If you chose to pay by Cash on Delivery, your subscription will not be auto-renewed after it ends, you will need to purchase a new subscription to continue to receive your GlamBox.
- When is the last day to subscribe for the current month's GlamBox?
You can subscribe up to the 14th of the same month to receive the current month's GlamBox, any subscriptions after this will automatically roll-over to the next month.
- Can I find out what's in my GlamBox prior to receiving it?
We keep the products a secret until just before the GlamBoxes are delivered! Keep an eye on our social media feeds of Facebook, Instagram and Twitter to find out what you'll be receiving!
- What if I receive a broken or missing sample?
We work to ensure that none of the samples are broken or missing since they are packed with care, but if this occurs you can write to us at email@example.com or call us at +971 (0)4 455 8699 and we will arrange for a replacement.
- Can I track my GlamBox shipment?
Of course! We offer shipping through professional courier services. Once your GlamBox is on its way to you, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You will be able to use this tracking number on the courier's website for up-to-date tracking information.
- Can I return the GlamBox?
GlamBoxes are ineligible for returns. If you receive a Glambox containing products that are damaged, please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to send you a replacement of this product with your next box.
